Returns and Shipping


We offer free delivery on orders greater than A$80. You can also select Australia Post Express Post (or an equivalent service) at a slightly higher cost. This provides the advantages of faster delivery time and a parcel tracking service.

International Orders

International shipping charges differ from country to country and are calculated at the check-out stage of purchase. N.B. Local import duties and/or taxes vary by country. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these mandatory country charges, as such they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Confirmation

We will send you an email when your package has been shipped. Depending on the carrier selected, the email will include a tracking number for your delivery. Please use this tracking number on the carrier's website to check the delivery status.

Authority to Leave

You may place any special delivery instructions, including Authority to Leave, in the comments box at checkout and we will pass these on to the courier company. However, we cannot guarantee that your instructions will be followed. Orli accepts no responsibility for parcels that are left at your premises by the courier company.

Receipt of Goods

Our eParcel shipping agreement requires signature on delivery of your parcel, unless you give authority for the parcel to be left at your premises. If you are not usually home during the day to accept delivery of your parcel, we recommend you either give an Authority to Leave (in the comments box at checkout) or make other arrangements such as having your parcel delivered to your place of work or to a post office parcel locker. Parcels that have been returned to Orli will only be re-shipped to the customer at the customer's expense.

Returns and refunds

We will only accept returns or exchange of goods where products are faulty or defective.

Please contact within 48 hours of receipt of the product to advise us of the problem. To apply for a return or refund please email with your name, order ID number and reason for return/exchange. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Any refunds issued will be in the same form as the original payment.

Goods must be returned within 20 days of purchase due to the short shelf life of the products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging together with your order number for reference purposes.

Gift cards and gift vouchers are deemed as a non-returnable item.

Shipping for returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We also recommend using a track-able shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
