If you're ever having a craving for chocolate or if you need to provide an easy snack to impromptu guests, this is a versatile go to recipe.
Use it as a glaze on ANYTHING! We are a family that's slightly obsessed with chocolate especially the home made variety with organic cacao. If you need to turn it into instant chocolate simply squash the ingredients between two pieces of baking paper and flatten. Place in freezer for 5 minutes and you have delicious chocolate!
Feel free to experiment with this. I've added chilli flakes, rum and himalayan salt to it in the past and they all come out super delicious.
Ingredients:
Mix all the ingredients together.
Pour over any cake for a glaze.
Flatten between two sheets of baking paper and place in freezer for about 5 minutes for instant chocolate.
*add salt, rum, himalayan flakes or anything you fancy :)
