Healthy Hummus Canape

Instant crowd pleaser. It's amazing what this simple combo can do for your palette and gut health!
Ingredients:
1. Use crackers or sliced baguettes
2. Good quality hummus
3. Black currants
4. Organic saurkraut
Method:
So easy it's not even a method. Simply spread a generous portion of hummus on each cracker or slice of bread. Top with saurkraut and currants. Serve up!
