Deliciously healthy soba noodle salad.
Ingredients:
1. 1 serve soba noodles.
2. Bean sprouts
3. Baby tomatoes. Cut in half.
4. Peanuts. Crushed or whole.
5. Rocket
6. Sesame oil 1/4 cup
7. Soy sauce 1/4 cup
8. Apple cider vinegar 1tsp
Method:
1. Cook soba noodles to packed instructions. Once cooked, drain and rinse with cold water.
2. Add everything together.
3. Combine sesame oil, soy sauce and apple cider vinegar for your dressing.
4. Pour and mix through.
