Noodles with tumeric and black beans

This is a super simple way to
serve up a nourishing antioxidant rich meal.
Ingredients:
1. Noodles of choice.
2. Vegetable/bone/miso broth.
3. Organic tumeric
4. Canned organic black beans
5. Spinach leaves
Method:
1. Soak noodles in boiling water until softened.
2. Add a tsp of tumeric to a bowl of broth and bring to a boil.
3. Rinse canned organic black beans thoroughly.
4. Pour broth over softened noodles.
5. Top with black beans and spinach.
6. Season to taste.
